The Cognate defeated, you make your way out onto the streets of Alzheim. People seem to shy away from you as you make your way to your goal - the Tower of Memory. You're not sure why, but you know that your salvation lies at its peak.

At the gate to the Tower of Memory, you meet its guardian, a man named Lingus. He bars your way and seems to be trying to tell you something, but you can't understand a word he says. It seems that you will have to find a way past him.
